Customers can complete the whole policy lifecycle online, from quote, to buy, to mid-term adjustment, renewal and claims reporting, freeing your own staff to deal with exceptions and allowing you to maximise sales with minimal administrative overheads.

With you we design a risk capture process specific to your schemes, and then apply your own underwriting rules to determine whether to quote on-line or refer the customer to the call centre. Customers can receive a quotation immediately, including tailored electronic documents. Quotations can be stored and retrieved later or immediately converted to a live policy through a number of secure payment channels. As soon as the new policy is issued , tailored documents are generated and made available for download or email distribution. Thus the full "quote-buy-pay" policy cycle can be completed quickly and efficiently, ensuring maximum sales, with minimum administration, while maintaining full compliance with FSA guidelines.

Returning customers can modify any of the risk details and automatically generate mid-term adjustments, including the appropriate premium variation and revised documents. On approaching a policy's anniversary the renewal reminder process is initiated; invitations, reminders and revised documentation are issued automatically via email and letter. Should the customer fail to renew in the requisite timeframe a notification of lapsed cover is issued, although the policy remains open for repurchase.
